No Returns Accepted

As our products are perishable and food-grade, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered.


Replacement or Refund Eligibility

You may request a replacement or refund only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • You receive a wrong item or missing item

  • The product is expired or not fit for consumption at the time of delivery

In such cases:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos of the packaging and product

  • We will review and process a resolution at the earliest
