Order Cancellations

  • Once an order is packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


Returns Policy

  • Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns of food products.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged, expired, or incorrect.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos as proof.

  • Once verified, we will initiate a full or partial refund, or arrange a replacement—based on product availability.

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Delay caused by courier partners

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

  • Opened or used products
