4. Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your order details. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you and process a refund where applicable.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier partner. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.
6. Returns & Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed for shipping. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
